1st - Amazon shipping and delivery - ordered Wednesday, Arrived on Friday. 2nd - The filter itself - installed it, no chlorine smell whatsoever from my shower head now! That's what I was looking for. Install it correctly and it does not leak or swivel around - make sure you wrap the threads like they tell you, and tighten it until it stops swivelling (I used a pair of adjustable pliers as hand tightening was not enough), and there'll be no leaks. Glad I got it.

My water system was recently changed and in an attempt to rid my hives (presumably cause by the water) I purchased this product. The filter was easily installed with a crescent wrench and was immediately usable with no leaks. Included with the product was a small spool of white 'pipe tape' (not sure what it's called)- handy for preventing leaks. Very happy thus far.

I bought this knowing about the common problem reported in the one star reviews: water squirting out from the connection between the shower pipe and filter. I thought I would get lucky, but I wasn't. The same thing happened to me. Buy at your own risk.

I can't believe that us living in North New Jersey (across Hudson from Mahattan) have to pay so much for crappy water from United Water. Once installed we could immediately tell the difference.

In order for this to work properly and not leak or drip any water was to install it just like it looks in the picture (with the filter part above instead of to the side or below). After a couple weeks an extremely slow drip developed, but was solved by tightening the connection to the pipe.



I think the only reason that we had any issues at all is because we have such a heavy large rain shower head that includes the detachable hand held sprayer.
